Adauri Masala

Key Ingredients:

Adauri: 150g

Garlic: 50g

Ginger: 25g

Onion: 100g

Tomato: 100g

Green Chili: As per taste

Kashmiri Red Chili: 1 Spoon

Garam Masala: 1 Spoon

Bay leaves: 2 to 3

Edible Oil: 2 to 3 Spoon

Process:

In a bowl, warm 2 tablespoons of oil and lightly fry the adauri. Set aside. Add more oil, cook chopped onion and tomato briefly, then add garlic, ginger, garam masala, green chili, and Kashmiri red chili paste and salt. Fry briefly, then add bay leaves and shallow-fried adauri. Fry for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
